Graduated in Oriental languages, I have decades of experience in the field of migration and integration processes. I coordinated projects in the mainly health sector in favor of vulnerable categories and worked as a cultural mediator and teacher of Italian to foreigners in refugee reception centers. I have been collaborating for years with Amunì for the drafting of projects both locally and internationally. Passionate promoter of cultural contamination and human rights, I love books, travels and changes!
Interested for years in social promotion interventions, I engage in the elaboration and development of tools and methods to support young people, women and individuals with fewer opportunities. Graduated in computer science, I often find myself holding the role of Media Educator in laboratories for the production of multimedia products with an ethical / educational content. Always a lover of photography, nature, cooking and all artistic / creative activities, I also “improvise” in the creation of websites and video editing. Currently collaborator in a small local newspaper. With a versatile spirit, I am always ready for learning and personal and professional growth!
Graduated in Communication Sciences, I am a sociologist of migration who for years have been involved in teaching Italian to foreigners and projects in the third sector in favor of people with vulnerability or disadvantaged situations. I have acquired work experience in the world of cinema and theater, two great passions that I also cultivate outside of work. I am a sunny and dynamic person. I love cooking, sea, nature and my two cats.
In 2010 I founded Amunì Step by Step together with Laura Caimi, engaging in the leadership and development of the association for over 10 years. I deal with the planning, coordination and reporting of projects. But what fascinates my most of all is the work in the field! Create courses that allow everyone to go beyond their own comfort zone, to acquire greater awareness of themselves, the other and their talents, with a view to active participation and inclusion. Journalist and Media Educator I am committed to promoting a critical, conscious and creative use of new media and information among young people and adults. I love free thinking, travels and walks near the sea and in nature!
I’m Laura: woman, mother, wife, friend, psychologist and psychotherapist! For fifteen years in support of people who need to get out of suffering to find a light and profound life. From an early age sensitive to the theme of the different and close to people in difficulty. I strongly believe in human potential and diversity. My daily goal is to allow people to discover their unrepeatable uniqueness, the reason why they are in the world and above all to fall in love with themselves! Another area of interest is that of eating disorders, body image and a sense of friendliness! I love to build relationships, groups and always find resources and solutions even in the impossible☺
